Periodic water fasting has been the most useful detox method I’ve experienced so far.
I’m not a fasting coach and I’m not going to attempt to provide education about fasting here. It’s a personal practice and will vary for every one. If you’re interested I recommend you do your own research and feel into your own body’s needs.
